Rates: Our rates are based on square footage of the total living area that you’d like photographed. If you’d rather do a custom package for the shoot, just send us a note. Depending on the size of home, each shoot will provide you with at least 20 professional photos in a format that can be easily uploaded to the MLS system.

All photos will be edited, and delivered to your email within 24 hours.

 

 

 

Scheduling: Our experience suggests scheduling the shoot at the time of the listing appointment. We will be able to show your clients early on that you work as a team and will be less appointments for you and them to work around. If that isn’t convenient, we will schedule a time that works better for you and your clients.

 

Travel: Impulsive Works loves to travel, but with the fuel costs these days it has to make sense for us to do so. Mileage may need to be applied to homes within a certain amount of distance.
